In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "nusyar", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the nusyar online casino platform accessible at nusyar.net and all associated services offered therein.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a nusyar account.
• "Platform" refers to the nusyar website, mobile browser interface, and all games, features, and services accessible through nusyar.net.

nusyar reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual may register and maintain only one nusyar account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact email address. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nusyar login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. nusyar will never ask you for your password through any communication channel. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you.

4.3 KYC Verification

nusyar is required under PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification on all player accounts. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of current residential address. Additional documentation may be required in connection with large transactions or where unusual activity is identified on your account.

nusyar accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified within the platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method.

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your nusyar wallet immediately upon confirmation of the transfer. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take longer to process depending on the originating bank's clearing schedule.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the nusyar cashier. nusyar targets a processing time of 1 to 2 hours for GCash withdrawals, subject to the account having completed KYC verification and the withdrawal request not being flagged for manual review.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your account must have completed the KYC identity verification process in full.
• The withdrawal amount must consist entirely of Real Money Balance. Bonus credit cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Where a bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, the stated multiplier must be met using the bonus funds (and in some cases the deposit amount, as specified per promotion) before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Only eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements — live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified in the individual bonus terms.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

nusyar monitors bonus usage across all accounts. Where nusyar reasonably determines that a player is abusing promotional offers — including through coordinated play, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — nusyar reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and restrict the player's access to future promotional offers.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus credit that has not been wagered within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's balance without compensation.

All games available on nusyar use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics that are independently tested and audited for fairness. The applicable rules for each game are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real money bets.

In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed game result and the server-side result recorded in the nusyar system, the server-side result shall be the authoritative record. nusyar's system records constitute the final authority in the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes.

Where a technical malfunction occurs during gameplay — including disconnection, server error, or display error — nusyar will review the affected round and resolve the matter in accordance with the applicable game rules. nusyar does not guarantee that interrupted game sessions will be restored to a prior state.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nusyar platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance without recourse:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register using false personal details.
• Using any form of automated betting software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer game formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or unintended functionality in the platform's software to generate credits or winnings not legitimately earned.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nusyar platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the nusyar platform without prior written authorisation from nusyar.

nusyar collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By creating a nusyar account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the nusyar Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

Personal data collected by nusyar is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes. nusyar does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where required for service delivery, legal compliance, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

nusyar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption to gaming sessions caused by factors outside nusyar's reasonable control.

nusyar does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits nusyar's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Pending the processing of a closure request, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

nusyar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A request received from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or financial institution.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Article 3.

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these terms, nusyar reserves the right to withhold any balance held at the time of closure pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, the nusyar platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, players are encouraged to raise disputes directly with the nusyar support team in the first instance. nusyar will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints informally within 14 calendar days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the informal process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution channel in accordance with applicable regulations.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
